Per-director: 4-hr cert, annual CEU, signed affidavit (HOA / COA), AppFolio access. Auto-alerts at 60 / 30 / 7 days before the 90-day deadline.

Statutory deadlines: 4-hour certification course within 90 days of election or appointment. COA cert valid 7 years · HOA cert valid 4 years. Annual CE: 1 hr (COA), 4 hr (HOA < 2,500 parcels), 8 hr (HOA > 2,500). All BOD members must sign affidavit confirming review of association docs.

  6. Calendar invites — full year of meetings pre-loaded with Patty & Kyle as guests.
  7. Annual CEU tracker — for COA: 1 hr/year; HOA < 2,500: 4 hr/year; HOA > 2,500: 8 hr/year.
