Review prior-year actuals; identify line items needing adjustment

Audit reserves; reconcile open reserve studies / SIRS
Prepare draft budget

Budget workshops with the BOD
Draft revisions based on workshop feedback
Member input sessions where applicable
Finalize for adoption at Annual Meeting

Reminder mail-outs to membership
Save approved budget to Drive: YYYY Annual Budget
Save to AppFolio Shared Documents
Set reminders close to year-of-approval anniversary
