Safety first. Do not enter unsafe areas or touch electrical fixtures near water. Photos and written notes are mandatory. The Manager is the primary point of contact for decisions and vendor dispatch. Always keep the Manager informed before independent actions. Clock in & out for emergency / after-hours work. Your community may have an additional leak protocol — check your policies.
