Manual slot

Concierge can promote any slot to "now" for one rotation cycle. E.g., big package delivery alert pinned to top for 10 min then auto-yields.

Per-screen content scope

Lobby gets all owner-facing items. Garage shows resident-only (no welcome to visitors). Pool deck shows pool rules + today's hours only.

Accessibility

WCAG-AA contrast palette · fonts ≥ 24pt at 8 ft · captions for any embedded video. ADA-friendly emergency alert plays beep + visual flash.

Health monitoring

Each screen pings home every 60 sec. Missing 3 = alert to maintenance. Lobby restart procedure documented in Drawing Vault tag T-12.

Replaces

Concierge taping printed flyers to the lobby wall every Monday. Owners walking past the bulletin board nobody ever updates. Repeat "did you know about the water shutoff" questions to the front desk.
