Luxer pings the owner via SMS + email when carrier deposits. Bay # + access code. Quiet-hour delay (overnight pings held to 7 AM) per per-user notification prefs.
Auto-SMS reminder if not picked up. Mention space pressure if locker bank >75% utilized.
Surfaces in this dashboard. Manager can manually escalate, redirect to concierge oversize area, or initiate carrier refusal/return.
If still un-retrieved + owner unresponsive, package returned to sender per posted rules. Charge to owner ledger ($15 + return shipping). Log entry with photo.
